ABOUT
MIQUAN A. GREEN
MiQuan Green is a multi-business entrepreneur, community leader, and proud son of Savannah, Georgia. A former Career and Technical Student Organization State President, Green has spent his life building bridges between students, working families, community leaders, and business professionals across the country. His leadership is rooted not just in business success, but in lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges everyday families face.
Mr. Green’s story begins far from boardrooms and stages. He is a product of subsidized housing, raised in a small house on a dead-end street in Savannah where, at times, it felt like the possibilities in life were at a dead end too. Like many families in our community, his family worked hard but still struggled to make ends meet. Those early experiences shaped his belief that opportunity should never depend on the zip code you grow up in.
At just twelve years old, Mr. Green started his first business to help support his family. What began as a young boy trying to make a difference at home has grown into a thriving enterprise and a story of perseverance, grit, and vision. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of MiQuan Green Enterprises, the parent company of MGreen Productions, MGreen Staffing, and MGreen Creative. Over the past decade, his businesses have grown into some of the most respected in the State of Georgia and were recognized by Georgia Public Broadcasting as one of the Best Businesses in Georgia.
Mr. Green’s leadership and entrepreneurship have earned him national recognition. He has received congratulatory letters for his accomplishments from President Barack Obama, Governor Nathan Deal, Governor Brian Kemp, Senator Derek Mallow, and numerous other national, state, and community leaders. He is also the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award presented by President Joe Biden, recognizing his long-standing commitment to service and leadership in communities across the country.
In addition to his business leadership, Mr. Green is deeply committed to strengthening the economic future of his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce and contributes his leadership to several other local nonprofit organizations, working to expand opportunities for small businesses, young people, and working families.
Despite his success, Mr. Green has never forgotten where he came from. He knows firsthand what it means to grow up in a community where resources are limited but dreams are limitless. That is why he dedicates much of his time traveling across the country speaking to students, teachers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders about the power of education, hard work, and community investment.
Mr. Green believes the next generation is full of untapped potential. His mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that young people growing up on streets like the one he grew up on never feel like their future ends where their street does.
From subsidized housing to successful businesses, MiQuan Green’s journey proves that with opportunity, mentorship, and determination, a dead-end street can still lead to limitless possibilities.
